Guys and Gals, i must stress this is just a thread to let you hear how the exhaust sounds the way it is set up. if you have growing concerns about emissions, loudness, how fast the car is etc etc please keep those topics on other threads outside of this one. Please dont spam this thread talking about off topic items that we all know or heard of or get the concept of. This thread was put up to let you hear what the exhaust sounds like the way it is. Reason being is it gives people an idea of how things sound and gives more avenues of approach as to how people my or may not want to set up their car. If you dont like the way the car is set up then so be it i dont care thats your opinion and i respect everyones opinion but remember, you do what you want with your car, its your money, your car, you do with what you see fit for your ride. You want to run full cats for emissions reason and what not thats fine, you want to run full catless its all good, you want to do half for loudness/emissions etc etc then so be it. the choice is yours, but remember this is just for sound cap reasons, not to gloat or brag about my exhaust set up, its to help people determine what they want to do and how they want to set up their exhaust, nothing more nothing less.

Sound Clip of exhaust note and drive with Camera outside of car, audio recorded with my Galaxy Note 2 so sound is not the best but did the best with what i had.

lol you say that like i didnt already think about that before i made the exhaust the way it is currently. 12 dollar lift for a whole day + all stock exhaust pieces still in my posession + 2 or so hours of my time putting pieces back on = no issues with smog what so ever, pass the smog and or inspection, put back to way it was before. i dont see any issues here

Lol its not for those with sensitive ears. Most of that was intentionally loud, if you can keep your foot out of it which isnt hard to do it can be perfectly fine. Ive driven by many cops and never had any issues so I must be doing something right

sounds amazing

SmsAlSuwaidi 04-27-2013 06:27 PM

Once again I salute you for this amazing setup, and in addition loudness differs from a person to another ! Some people might consider Harleys as not that loud. It's all a matter of personal preference in the end

evilconcarne999 04-27-2013 07:40 PM

I dont think people realize this is my track car also. I have the set up the way it is to maximize as much power from the car as possible. The restrictions to flow are removed for that reason alone. This is not a show car or a cruiser, its a daily driver for work and for the track. If people have a gripe with loudness on an exhaust then its all good their own preference. It comes with the territory, you can have max flow remove all restrictions be loud and get the most power you can from that set up which is best suited for track/racing applications or have restricted flow, quieter exhaust note and be gravy for cruising/emissions/showing etc. I chose the latter for racing and do not have any regrets what so ever.
