=O PRETTY!

xDBOYx 04-26-2013 12:31 AM

wow nice, looks like you went nuts on everything.. what did this run you ? thinking about the headliner

Overland'n'5thGEN 04-26-2013 01:05 AM

ditto on the headliner!

Every thing else, meh

DSOmegaX 04-26-2013 01:10 AM

That's pretty crazy! Its a little too much alcantara personally for me. I think alcantara works best when it's there as contrast together with a ratio of plastic/leather parts

cslntuee 04-26-2013 01:12 AM

Could you introduce each of the pieces?
Thanks.

SkAsphalt 04-26-2013 10:41 AM

The dash would be KILLER, I am all for making this car Porsche classy

Get in your car. Look straight ahead. Look up. Look left. Look right. It's all of the interior pieces that make up the dash and headliner, including what looks like armrests, pillars, glovebox, and visors.

I think once everything is in, it will be the perfect amount contrast and classiness. From back to front and right to left here are the items: Alcantara Headliner, Full Alcantara Dash, Alcantara Glovebox, Alcantara Dash Lower, Genuine Leather Door Uppers, Genuine Leather Door Armrests, Alcantara A-Pillars, Alcantara Sun Visors.

Cheers
Andrew

Would kill for the headliner, any chance I could get a ballpark figure on that?

Shoot em' a PM. They'll be able to give you a quote in no time. Quite honestly, I don't remember what each thing was priced at on an individual basis. There's also more than what's in that picture...

Looks good! I wonder how much is currently costed you for all those goodies you got for your FRS?

What I'm getting is, I envy ya for all the cool mods :)

I honestly hate thinking about it :(

Counting the FBM turbo and supporting mods, suspension, interior... EVERYTHING... at least 10k so far.

Edit for clarification: JPM charges no where close to 10k or even 5k for this. :)

Yeah I figure that. I'm thinking of asking them to do some work too (soon or later). I know they do great job :)

Khazzy 04-26-2013 03:39 PM

Sun Visors...I want!

Gen 04-26-2013 10:05 PM

They did a fantastic job on them. Looking at the panel I wasn't sure how they'd pull it off. It does not look like an easy piece to do by any means.

I know how...a little bit of patience and JPM magic.

I've seen Joe and Alex and the rest of the staff at work - they're really dedicated to their craft. Not to mention they don't mind letting you see every bit of the process from start to finish.

I like the sunvisors !

WolfSongX 04-29-2013 03:08 PM

Any shots of the bonded dash panel yet?

My dash panel's waiting for similar treatment once they get it figured out what they are doing.

Doors look wonderful.

So much hotness, so little money. :(

That's the one thing I haven't gotten a picture of. They bonded it into a single piece and resized it to fit a standard double din head unit. It's all shipping out today or tomorrow, so as soon as I get it in my grubby little hands, I'll put up a picture.

Norkoastal 04-29-2013 06:53 PM

Visors, upper/lower armrest look fantastic... Hopefully a new rear deck solution will be an option too!!

Sargy 04-29-2013 09:12 PM

holy headliner :)

Did you make or plan to make a rear seat armrest as below?
Thanks.

I have no doubt they could make something for you if you asked. It doesn't seem like a complicated piece. I'm convinced if they can do the door panels they can do just about anything.

Wow! Very nice work. This look over the fake cf dash plastics could look awesome paired with the steering wheel.

Drivers side under-dash panel, goes under the steering wheel.

We'll see if Andrew or Alex can post a pic of mine when it's finished. Mine is for a BRZ so it should give you a good idea of what the end product will look like. When Andrew and I were discussing the piece, we talked about having it be the "signature piece" on the interior so we should have some form of JPM Coachworks logo on it.

I actually have a mark on one of my OEM sun visors, so we've discussed doing those in Alcantara as well. In looking at the finished products, all I can say is WOW, they look better than I expected, and the fine folk at JPM Coachworks have been setting the bar high for my expectations for some time now... I also love how the headliner turned out. It's gone from the "it might be cool" list to the "start saving for it" list.

charged86 04-30-2013 10:44 AM

Wow I may have do the same thing soon. Gorgeous. I would have paid a higher sticker price at dealer to have that stock

ZetaVI 04-30-2013 12:50 PM

Dat stitching on the sunvisors.
