A tanned blonde chick in a grey Toyota 86 GT on Victoria Road, North Parramatta. I waved at you at the lights, you gorgeously smiled back at me :wub:

This is why girls dont join car clubs.

My suburb seems to be a hive of 86s, all traveling around the same time as me in the mornings... there's a white one I've seen parked at the station, an orange one heading west/north up Heathcote Rd, and a sonic blue with blue-on-black plates heading in the opposite direction all around 8AM. Makes me smile of a morning :)

No he isn't discouraging her, he's saying that posts like your one are the reason that girls don't join car clubs, because they know they'll be hit on incessantly by people with poor social skills.

Thats a bit harsh. I was pointing out the positive experience of my sighting. A wave to someone in a car with a smile back, is not a indication of "poor social skills".

No problem, I was responding to your comment to @RAN94A and clarifying what I believed he meant. Unfortunately, having been a member of a number of car clubs, it's pretty much standard behaviour. My wife has been to exactly one car club event and the number of idiots and their standard of behaviour and comments ensured she wouldn't go again (and this was one of the better clubs, not the "Ipswich bogans in V8 units" club)

I totally understand what you mean. My girlfriend wants to join the forum because there seems to be cool girls on this forum. And she likes to socialise as well.

Was taking some photos of my little beauty at Bald Hill (Stanwell Park) around sunset yesterday when someone popped into the parking lot... captured them in this shot - unfortunately they didn't stop to say hi :iono:
