I message to Order my APR Carbon Kit on 01-29-2013 the quote was great they give the best shipping price and told me that if I order by next early week they were going to ship.
On 03/20/2013 I placed my order, pay $1683 for the whole kit and shipping nice price! by 04/03/2013 I called 5 times diferent days and bussiness hour no anwer on the phone, I email and messagge them here in the forum for status no answer in any mean. I continue to call for updates until I recieve a messg from Chuck that day cool, he said I will ship today give me tracking all cool. 04/11/2013 I recive my last box, a part of the tape that was holding the two boxes together was untaped but I look and my front lip was there I signed And open the box unwrap all the bouble wraping that by the way was very good wraping on it. For my surprise there was no rear lip kits inside the box. So I call they stated 1st that they placed the Rear lip with the side skirts I told them nop I install those yesterday and the rear ones were not there. He took a moment and then told me that they placed them with the front lip. I told him nop nothing there he told me he was going to make a claim with UPS because they placed them there wll I dont know now in what box because they say one time here one there any way no problem I wait a couple days more. 04/16/2013 I called, message here in the forum, and send emails almost every day since 04/13/2013 and no body anwers me back on the status of my rear lips. I decided enough, I pay using paypal (lucky me) so I placed a claim on 04/16/2013 for a refund on my rear lips. 04/17/2013 I reacieve this msg from chuck "I have filed the claim with UPS and will be resending you a new one, once they process the claim. However you have chosen to file a paypal dispute. If you continue with the paypal dispute, we will no longer provide you with that rear lip. Let us know what you want to do. Thank you. Chuck Sorry but that sound to me like a treat and I am a military guy I dont repond well to those. here was my awnser. "Good afternoon this is the first time since I call you, mail you and send you a msg using the forum that you decide to send me a msg talking to me about the status of the rear lips. You and your commpany decided to ignore my msgs and emails. The only other protection that I had was to file a paypal claim to obtain my money back due to your company ignoring my communication. I do have the proft of various email sended and msgs using the forum. I am a federal employee and a US Army soldier I believe in standing tall in face of injustice. And I believe your company have been unfair and a very bad customer service was provided. First the rear you said was send with the sides, then you said it was send with the front. The box was pack in two half's and tape together with a strip of tape around. There was no way for me to know that you send it two parts inside a box and I need it to open them before sign for them because you did not instructs me to do so. The only way I will deal with this situation is if you tell me that you will send me my rear lips this week. I wont wait for UPS to decide if they reimburse you or not. The issue of your company and UPS is not between you and me. I pay for 3 parts I receive two. you need to deal with UPS but I should not be penalize as a customer when i paid almost a month ago for my parts. I want you to tell me what you are going to do, reimburse me or send my the parts I pay for then I stop the claim. I prefer to lose $300 than to fall victim of unfair treatment and customer service. As a US Army soldier and a Military Police officer I have learn to fight for what is right and justice no matter the consequences and this msg was a treat from you. If I did not stop the paypal claim you were not going to send me the parts... Totally unfair statement and I will be sure that everybody in this forum and other frs forums know what type of business you run. So to this his aswer was... You ordered the part. The rears are suppose to be in the box with the front lip. I understand somehow someway you did not get them. I have filed the claim with UPS and are awaiting for them to compensate for the product. You filed a paypal claim which now has held your money. With this claim intact, I can not send you out a new rear once UPS settles the claim. It is up to you at this point. Keeping the claim on will result in me cancelling that portion of the order. If you would like us to ship you a new set once UPS has settled, then drop the claim. Thank you. Chuck __________________________________________________ ______________ Look I was patient I just want it a status I was ignored multiples times, I dont believe that I should pay for shipping mistakes if for sure they send the rear lips there. You have insurance, you need to give instructions to cistomer if you ship multiple parts in a single box that way I dont sign a box without veryfing the contents. It was unfair and paypal reinburse me because they believe the same way I do... I work hard for my money I am not rich, I used my taxes to buy this and my wife was very mad because she wanted vacations and I use half of the money on this so vacations were shorter. Is not fair that by doing sacrifices and working hard I get treated like crap, and ignored when I buy something. The bussiness does not stop after the customer buy the part or when is ship but ends when parts were arrive as promissed and a happy customer is able to give good rating... I just want it a fair treatment not an exellent one just a fair one I was not provided with it by ShowstopersUSA Thanks ps sorry for the looonnngggg post and the bad spelling I write horrible in english and also in spanish jajajaja! |
