Any specialist can do this work. I know this one vendor when I was in audi community, they're called www.ocarbon.com

Nothing related to me, never bought anything lol, just sharing. It should be pricey though.

In that picture did not show the arm rest, but I keep looking other pictures in the site and i found one that appears to be an arm rest...
