Blackhawk Farms Track Day 4/24
 

Wondering if anyone else was planning to attend this Wednesday? This will be my first HPDE with the FR-S.

I just left there yesterday in the BRZ. I am a member of MidWEst Council and we run that track about 5 times a year. I'll put may vid on You Tube. I have a very clean run in my prelude but not so clean in the BRZ. So far I have posted my fastest time ever in the Prelude (92 142HP NA at the wheels, little suspension work).

Good track. I ran the fastest time of 132.066. I have Hotchkis Springs, Motegi SP10 on 235 Dulap DZ101. Just to give you a reference when you go.

One of the most technical tracks around here. Definitely good learning track!

We've attended few events run by Midwest council - great group!
I plan on driving the May event.

Just got back, what a blast!!! Andy, my instructor was awesome, he also has a fr-s. Got a good feel of the limits of the car and the track. My instructor's son unofficialy kept track of my lap times- my best 1min30.5sec.

Good Job on the 130.... What tire are you running? Any other mods or suspension work or Power upgrades? Also Brake work.

My 132 was from Standing (HSAX Test run) not a hot lap. I was guessing a hot lap may be 1:29 to 1:30... So if you're time was a hot lap then I know I have a time to shoot for.

This was definitely a fun day (despite my mishap). I'm working with a dealer to get a BRZ in the next few weeks, hope to see you back there sometime this summer!

I saw your WRX at the gate, guess it didn't make it back to Milwaukee =( I really enjoyed the track, nice for nimble cars like the twins. Good luck with the purchase! Oh and Welcome to the forum- you'll learn alot here!
