That's about it. Maybe grab some drinks with folks after the fact.

but... my car... is not show off worthy... :(

I brought a bone stock Evo to the UCONN car show about 7 years ago. Got a lot of attention still.
@Clembo brought his car to the same show this year, also bone stock. He had it detailed to a level I can only dream about. Sometimes a clean stock car is a show piece.

What @Chewie4299 said.

hahaha fair enough, I don't have time to get my car washed or detailed so I'll park downstairs if I can come.

It would be fun, have not met a single person face to face that owns one a brz/frs yet.

Yes, it's the camaraderie that makes these events fun. Having our cars in common makes it that much better. Park with everyone else and don't worry about it - after driving to downtown Boston other's cars will be the same as yours. Besides, our twins are so unusal (at least for now) that no one will even notice.

Wish I could make this one but I have a benefit in Rhode Island Friday night and a Shelby Mustang show (my other 'baby') first thing Sunday in Manchester. Just can't do them all.

any suggestions on where to meet? Im thinking meet up in Boston around 2-2:30 and grab a bite to eat? Hang out and wait a little on the lower levels, maybe quick detail the cars there and be ready for when the upper levels open

2forme 04-25-2013 08:04 AM

Well it's Thursday and I still don't have an ECU in the BRZ. :(

To those going:
@Books, @Chewie4299, @JDMenrique, @M-17, @Navas012, @PRORICAN, @riironman, @Turbowned

And to those thinking about it:
@cmspooner, @Jesse, @sklimo, @Sony, @sweeney208

This wasn't really easy since I've been living here for under two years but I tried to look for a place that had ample parking.

PLACE: Freeport Tavern

780 William T Morrissey Boulevard
Dorchester, MA 02122
freeporttavern.com

TIME: 2:30pm

DEPARTURE: 4:30

The tavern is approximately 5 miles south of the garage. Leaving at 4:30 gives us plenty of time to eat, talk, take pics and to arrive at the garage prior to 5pm.

GARAGE: 33rd Arch Street Garage

33 Arch St, Boston, MA 02101

Best I can do, still up for suggestions.

rainmonkey 04-26-2013 12:26 AM

i don't suppose a reservation is needed?

sklimo 04-26-2013 12:43 AM

Sorry guys I can't go. Sons first real baseball game at 4
