Car insurance

I'm shopping around for 86 insurance... quotes range from R1200 to R1800.

If you don't mind sharing:
1. Who are you insured with
2. Monthly premium
3. Age
4. Area
5. Rate their claim/payout process
6. Do you have track day cover

I haven't got the car, but I have my insurance sorted and signed already for when I get it:

1) Alex Forbes
2) 650(ish) as a second car.
3) 30
4) WHK, Namibia
5) 10/10
6) probably as an optional extra (yes, I am a MASSIVE Forbes fan)

The best you can do is compare the companies in your area. Asking what someone else pays for insurance is like my asking you how much you spend on groceries.

Mmmm, not really.
I think things are different here to the States.
This is a meaningful survey, and I'm finding it very interesting.
Good topic. :w00t:

Yes. My mistake for not noting the geographical difference.
