Hood clearcoat
 
On my silver 2013 FRS there is an odd dull/rough texture to the left half of the hood. It feels like no clearcoat but doesn't look that way, it really noticeable when waxing, something is wrong. I understand these cars have very soft clear so I eed to tred lightly correcting this. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Got any pictures? It's not a scratch is it? Like something was placed on the hood and slid down along the length of it?

Pictures don't show it, whatever it is it seems to be coming off with heavy clay, glad it wans'nt bad clearcoat.
