Have a brand new PS8 sitting on my shelf that I'm probably not gunna use. Any interest in a possible trade or taking it off my hands for 8 bills?

Not for $8 bills. LOL. But interested. Define "new" to me that means new in original UNOPENED package with everything originally included. Never opened, installed, powered. Is that how you are describing it?
