Radiator hose install at my place Weds 17th 5-730pm

I'm helping Peace_noel "Leon" install his radiator hose kit Wednesday 17th from 5-730pm if anyone would like to come over and watch/hang out. Here's my address.

Squire's Court Apartments
10681 SE Mather Rd
Building R #10681
Clackamas, OR 97015

Here's the map of where I'm at http://goo.gl/maps/50ckE

I'm on the north end of the apartments. Best place to park is on the short dead end street Park Mountain Lane, which my place is next to.

I am so exciting...

Install was a success. Now to get @peace_noel to post pictures as I forgot to take some after we did the install. Took about 2-2.5hrs to install. Those hoses are tough to work with.

@stockysnail thanks for the big help. Install those hose kits is really harder than I thought. I will post pic later tonight.

Hmm they look really good. Did you have to drain and refill the radiator or bleed the air out of the lines?

Chen 04-18-2013 12:58 PM

did you guys delete the sound tube all together?

Yes. I figured why leave it in if he didn't drill the hole in his intake for the sound tube.

Here's what he needs to plug the hole in the firewall from removing the sound generator tube.
A few members on here have done it and said it worked great. It's cheap and at Lowe's or Home Depot.

I will stop by Home Depot tonight to search for it...thanks so much.

In my opinion. The extra space where the sound tube is supposed to go on the intake looks fugly.

I'm a minimalist so less is more. :) Just look at my apartment. @peace_noel will tell you it's nice yet simple. If only I liked women like that my life would be easier. ;)
