My SWP BRZ

I picked up the car about two months ago. It took me a while to figure out that this is the car I really wanted and I am so glad it worked out that way. I went from considering a WRX, to a Hyundai Genesis Coupe, to a Mustang. I wrote off the BRZ because the backseat was essentially useless. However in the end I said I just wanted a car that was fun to drive, and the best one for that was the BRZ. The funny thing is I decided this without ever driving the BRZ.

So then started my mission of actually finding one. In Miami there were none and to order one would take about 5 months. So I started looking elsewhere and I found a dealer in New Jersey with some in stock and below MSRP prices. So I flew up there the next week and picked up the car in the freezing weather, my first time seeing snow.

I drove 1300 miles back to Miami. it was such a fun drive that i did not even get tired.

Anyway, on to the fun part. I just installed the Revworks UEL Header, videos coming soon, and i'll be getting a headerback exhaust soon.

Pic of the header in the engine bay. I used a spacer for the 2nd O2 sensor, http://www.bigdaddiesgarage.com/straight-cel-fix.html, and it has not thrown a code yet, fingers crossed.

Awesome! Notice any power difference with the header? Did you have to get a tune?

Yes, acceleration is smoother and the torque dip is a lot less noticeable. I did not get a tune.

I HOPE to have my car this weekend. If so, I hope we both can make the Wednesday's meet. I want to see/hear that header! Car is looking awesome.

I don't know the next Miami meet I can make it to, but I'll definitely be at the meet in Markham Park.
