Sebring track day april 27th-28th
 

ok guys if anybody is interested nasa fl will be have a 2 day track day at sebring race way the 27-28th. common out if anyone would like to see how it is. i will have my s2k and frs out on track. common out to chat or even go for a ride. hope to see u guys out there

What group? PCA is this weekend, Chin was last... not sure who is there that weekend.

NASA is running the event.

Sorry to hear that, what don't you like about NASA? Compared to some of the other clubs, they're a breath of fresh air, in my experience.

I'm planning on being at this event, though I'll be there in a different car with other duties. I'm hoping to be able to bring the FR-S out as well though. I've got my eye on another track record..

Granted I haven't run with them for years, but their safety standards in the SE/NOVA/etc regions were horrific before (ie, I've seen them pass batteries held in the cabin with VELCRO, harness mounts with 3/8" washer "backing plates", etc). I'm sure (or at least really hope) that's no longer the case, although every year when I run tech for my own event I get "NASA allows this." and it's always something safety related. I also don't agree with their focus on racing over DEs. Stick to racing then, simple as that. I race with groups that only do racing, and do DEs with groups that only do DEs. Same reason I don't bother with PBOC, etc.

All the TT guys love NASA of course. Honda guys used to also until all the BS on the national level, then many started to hate them.

I won't give them a chance when there are plenty of other good groups available.

everyone is entitled to there opinions but honestly nasa is one of the best groups that i have been with that put on a track day event. The tech with us is pretty strict so it must have just been ur region then
