Center console cleaning and upkeep recommendation?

What do you guys use to clean the center console and all the vinyl around the doors and crevices?

I don't think so. Does have a bit of shine though.

For anything/everything inside the car: http://www.autogeek.net/303-aerospace-combo.html

@aznknightz17: I purchased my 303 Aerospace from O'Reilly Auto Parts. It was actually cheaper than the price displayed on Autogeek.net.

Lots of places carry 303 and Autogeek isn't the end all be all of detailing supply shops... but it does have almost everything you need and coupled with a nice discount code they tend to walk away with a big chunk of my pay check! Hahaha.

The 303 was originally developed for boats. I get mine at a boating supply house and it's way cheaper. For interior use, I use one spritz of 303 and one spritz of water on a soft cloth. Leaves no shine and no residue.

One thing I found that's even better is the Purell sanitizing wipes that many grocery stores have at their entrance for disinfecting the shopping cart handles. Every time I shop I grab a couple on the way out and wipe things down. They clean great, dry fast and leave nothing behind. I haven't tried them on leather so not sure if they would be safe. But for plastic and vinyl, they work great. Price is right too!

Those purell wipes will destroy and discolor plastic over time. We used to use them in the office but the damage was noticeable at the desks of people who used them regularly. I wouldn't if I were you.

I've got to say, it doesn't sound like a good idea to me either. I'm sure they clean great but alcohol can't be good for plastics.
