I've been paying attention to this type of solution. Hope they release one for the AT's.

Couldn't you source this from other Subaru parts and create your own? Or would that be too difficult to accomplish?

They have updated it!! it is available for Autos now:):D

Still a little pricy for what you get, but not bad I guess.

Where can I buy one for the AT?
No oil leaks, no chance of oil cooler damage with an off-road excursion.
Who has one for sale? Anyone?

Has anybody actually installed this kit? I bought one from @FT-86 SpeedFactory and can't seem to find the "Engine Water Inlet Pipe Flanged Section". I'm thinking it is under the intake manifold. Any ideas?

Yep. That is the piece that @Frs300 had to have repaired on his blown motor. It is a cast aluminum piece that carries coolant across the top of the motor and supplies it to both sides of the motor and the throttle body. It is definitely under the intake manifold. Sounds like you can reach it without removing the intake manifold:

For easier access to this Flanged Section, remove the intake manifold vacuum hose from the brake booster and its bracket.

Thanks Tut. I saw that in the instructions, but I though maybe I would be able to at least see that part before removing those pieces. I'll remove and see.

So has anyone successfully installed one of these yet? If so, what's the result?

Cool - looking forward to hearing the difficulty of the installation with the AT cooling hoses and how effective the setup works.

I installed the cusco oil cooler (MT) along with an innovate supercharger on my car last night. While on the car's shakedown run, which included some spirited driving, the maximum temp reached was 200F. In between spirited runs the oil temp quickly stabilized.
