Meghan, there are a few of us always in the Bloomington area. We should all meet up for lunch sometime. I vote for Jason's deli.

Lots of people selling them on eBay, just search for "BRZ rear diffuser" there is also someone selling them on the forum http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...t=OEM+diffuser.

I'd suggest looking at it in person before ordering. It may just be from handling it while doing the install, but I'm not sure it's 100% the same quality as the OEM. It looks good, but I'm almost tempted to do some sort of wrap on it.

They all come in at about $180 shipped. I got mine a little cheaper because I esniped it on an actual eBay auction.

If anyone gets one and wants help installing it I'm happy to lend a hand. It took me about two hours, but I could probably do it in half that time if I had to do it again. You have to drill 3 holes. And it might be possible to do it without removing the bumper at all if you have another to reference where to drill.

Huge thanks to @neutron256 for hooking me up with the Injen Intake, and @ayau for being my shop buddy.

Install was a breeze, it seems to have smoothed out the fueling and it feels more responsive. Power difference is probably negligible, but the sound is more pronounced when you're on the throttle hard.

Just installed Carbotech XP10 on all 4 wheels. Took the car for a quick spin and the wheels almost instantly lock up when I brake semi-hard. Granted, the tires have no way of reaching operating temps in this weather, but still...

I'll need to find an open stretch of road to properly bed the pads.

Thanks to @CSG Mike for hooking me up with these awesome pads.

The only thing left are stainless steel brake lines, hmm..

Told you the "cold race pad" thing was an internet myth!

There's a whole stack of SS lines sitting on the shelves at the CSG warehouse... :D

Great Ayau! I had the XP10 on my last car and I found that just driving them easy on the street for 300-500 miles was enough to break in the pads. Just use a light touch on the pedal. Think big toe, not whole leg-and-foot.

Cars and Coffee Saturday 4/6

Who's planning on going to Cars and Coffee this Saturday?

http://automotorplex.com/events/

For those going we're any of you interested in meeting up before and heading in together or just meet there?

I'm not sure how busy it will be but I'd expect a big turnout given its the first one of the year and the high is going to be in the low 50's. That is of course if it doesn't rain.

50% chance of rain they're saying but a few days away so its anybody's guess.

I actually had fun last time I went in the rain. Just bring an umbrella. :)
