ToxicSneakers - ayau and I are signed up for Sunday.

We decided to sign up in C Stock class instead of Novice this time. Hopefully it'll work well.

SCCA rules, huh? I'll join you this time (with a yellow card in my pocket). 6:30 Perkins?

Nice! I'll be interested to hear how well it works and what sort of a difference you see.

I'm really hoping that Cobb comes out with an version of their AccessPort for our cars but it sounds like that's not going to happen anytime soon.

yea, I don't think it's happening at all with Cobb. Sources say they are not interested in this platform. Plus, 190+ whp and over 150wtq on the e86 set up on a stock car? I must have...

Yeah, there was a post hinting that someone had talked to Cobb and they may have changed their position on this. I let them know I'm interested.

I'm in no rush, I'm happy to wait and let the market figure out where we'll put our money. Plus plenty I can do in the meantime. Might pull the trigger on a catback today.

I'll probably go for the Perrin Catback with the resonator. I want a clean efficient exhaust not a loud one. I was looking at the Agency Power one but there are to many comments about it being loud and that's not for me.

Perfect, the Perrin is looking tempting to me too. Quieter than the SRT one, even though I like the looks of it. The Greddy SP is my personal favorite, but for the money and gains, the Perrin is the best choice. Can't wait to see it if you get it!

I don't know if I'll be joining for bfast. I will be downtown Saturday night with some friends, so I'll need all the sleep I can get, haha.

Matt

You totally should bring it down, it's been a lot of fun to be immediately competitive in a stock vehicle.

Anyone here in Minneapolis and got their BRZ/FRS opticoated? If so, which detailer did you go to?

Thanks

Several have done it ourselves. It's really not hard if you take the time to really detail properly first.

My detailer is me, and the 2.0 product is a no-brainer - just prep and apply. Check out the many YouTube diy's for good ideas.

Thanks for the quick response. I've never really done any good detailed car wash before...

How many OptiCoat 2.0 did it take for the entire car? Will 1 of those things be enough? It seems like they only give you a syringe full of opticoat.
