The one day I actually have to go into work! My BRZ is still there in the parking lot because there is no way I was going to try and drive it home in this slush. My wife came and picked me up in the Fit. I'm now very glad I've been procrastinating taking off the snow tires. THE FIT IS GO!

I made the mistake of driving into work yesterday as well. I got a lot of sh*t from coworkers for not checking the weather before I drove in. REALLY? IT'S THE MIDDLE OF APRIL!

Anyways, drove home about noon and it was horrible with Summer tires; really horrible.

Well, looks like we all made the same mistake! I spent 40 minutes just getting out of the parking lot at work last night...

I'm glad I just decided to park it this slush is like kryptonite for the BRZ. Carrie and I both worked from home today, went out for lunch and picked up the BRZ at the same time. No problem driving now.

Yeah it wasn't too fun getting out of that mess! But I work in Maple Grove/ live in Blaine so it's not too far off. Plus, once I got out of the parking lot I was fine :)

I made it home from work on Thursday only to get stuck in the drive way. Here's my car in disguise.

Spiegler SS lines installed. Thanks to @CSG Mike for the hookup!

Spiegler is pretty serious about their torture tests.

Even with all the testing, it's always a good idea to periodically check your braking system (pads, lines, fluid, etc). They're, after all, the most important component of any car. :)

@Black Tire, let me know when you're going to install the Spiegler SS lines. I just ordered a set and should receive them sometime next week. I plan to install them myself.

I plan to install them when it gets warm. Perhaps we could get together an do both cars at the same time. I was having trouble finding a shop around here to do the work anyways, most just won't install customer-supplied parts, and none of them even know what SS lines are.

Edit: Oops, what, you already have them installed? I'll PM you.

Nice shots! I'll bet you drove very slow with all the puddles on the road.
