any info or diy on the go fast bits pulley set

looking for info or write up on removing the alernator pulley and the water pump pulley. thanks for the help guys. didnt find anything in the diy section regarding these pulleys only the crank.

Use impact gun on alt pulley. water pump pulley is self explanatory really.
