Cruise to First Annual FT86 Mid Atlantic Mega Meet
 

Hey Fellow Northern VA people:thumbup:

I had a cruise in mind to this event. Since some of us are in the fairfax area, I thought we could all meet up before heading over there!

Location ideas are currently open. My input for a spot will be in the heart of Fairfax city at my work

3919 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax VA 22030
Reason being its centered to most cities in the area! Plus I work here so parking is empty here on saturdays

We should all meet up at 10am and then leave 11am for the drive over to Brady's shop.

Im probably going to go to the meet now, so Ill be there for the cruise.

You could! The route includes taking 32E towards the shop from I-95 so maybe you could see us there. :w00t:

Ok so I'm going to be in Arlington before the meet, but I don't want to park the vw at the shop. Anyone know if there's somewhere to park nearby and is anyone able to drive me over to the shop?

I would guess the parking lot where @Sargy works is safe. If not then you can try parking in the hospital in Merrifield underground parking. The area around it has multiple shopping centers that look safe. And I'd volunteer to give you a ride/ let you drive up to the meet.

@ette there's tons of space in the industrial park that you can park without being in the mix

I live in Arlington so if you don't figure something else out by the weekend you could take my spot while my car isn't using it.

Yea my lot is fine, there is an Audi A4 nearby that has been sitting for 4 months, no tickets surprisingly for being near the courthouse. Brady's shop is also large enough so you can park there.
