Scion Canada now has accessories option for rear spoiler $549 dealer installed as well as performance intake is on there now

I also pulled the trigger on Sat and got the one off the showroom floor. Car will come with upgrade stereo (did not want but they would not switch out) they threw in 2 oil changes, having 35% tint put on (at dealer no 3rd party involved) and the main thing I wanted the luggage spoiler:happyanim: not sure if it will be in when I pick up the car next month or not

What do you mean they "threw in 2 oil changes"? Does the car not come with the Scion Boost program in Canada?

No it doesn't, but that doesn't mean you can't get a free oil change here or there bundled with other stuff.

First oil change is always free in canada. Not so sure about the 2nd.

1st is free in Canada but the rest aren't. We have no boost rograms tho I got my dealership to give me 2 years worth of oil changes but then they scratched the fuck outta my car so I won't be goin back anyways

Most dealers have room to throw you a couple of free oil changes or more, however being a employee for Toyota, dealears will not do anything for us as the make nothing off us NOTHING! It is just a number to a dealer. That was the exact reason why I didn't want the upgraded stereo $500 upcharge (RIPOFF) I would have much rather pay $500 for an aftermarket unit instead & keep it when I get rid of the car. Oh well it is what it is

What happened? Washed and dried the car with a bad rag?

I asked for the car not to be washed and they did it anyways. I picked it up noticed all the swirls on it, when I complained they said that I did it even tho the car was like 2 weeks old and spent 2 days with them. Ended up talki g to the gm who tried to make it up to me by offering free detailing to fix up the damage. Detail shop made more swirls and a big scratch on the bumper I was more pissed and got them to reimburse me to take it to a detailer of my choice.

The service is just bad and the employees don't care. I asked the service manager to look at a gap I had in my body and he wouodnt do it even though it was only outside the door. Kept trying to tell me its normal for a sports car cause of all the tq they have and that it must be my first sports car. Not to mention the fact that I was the first one to sign up for the car yet they bypassed me and sold a car with the exact co figuration to someone else while trying to cover it up saying that no cars came in ( guy the sold it too was someone I was already talking with so I knew that they sold it to him and what place he was at in the waitlist I was number 1 he was number 6)

Overall just a shity exp and when I posted my review up on their website it was removed.
