Zeta products.. quality?
 

I just received this in the mail today. I know it's not the most expensive item, but it's not even usable. It should like like this:

I've emailed them and asked for a new one. Does anyone know another company that makes these types of things?

you need to take off the protective film layer

by the looks of it, the hazy film is still there

Nope.. the whole side is just chopped off a few mm. I took the film off and it looks the same. Anyway, I asked them to send another and they will.

I don't understand what it does - it looks like it just makes the useless space more useless.

I had a similar issue, they sent me another one no issues

It simply gives that tray area an edge for contrast. Without it, it feels semi-unfinished - just an indentation. It's just to add a bit of style - not sure if I'll use it in the end, I'm just trying it out.
