FFX is really the last of the classic turn based ATB for the series. Which is really sad, but im glad the industry to always evolving and looking for something new. The direction games are going now are RTB with Cinematic battle commands. IE, Trying to emulate an interactive movie or interactive graphic novel. So far with current RPGs the formula isnt quite there yet. Its a work in progress.

I just finished playing FFXIII-2 Demo and im going to say this...im shocked. The fact that its a huge throwback to Chrono Cross really urked the hell out of me.

I also beta tested Counter-Strike: Global Offence and....well....don't expect to much to have changed since Source.

A game im excited to play is Asura's Wrath, which is more interactive novel rather than a game, and The Last Guardian because im a huge fan of Shadow of Colossus.

The only two that I'd think about picking up this year are Halo 4 and possibly the new NCAA football game, other than that I don't really do much gaming.

Definitely going to get Ninja Gaiden 3 and Mass Effect 3. Might pick up resident evil revelations as well.

What ps3 games are kinda like god of war? You know lots of slashing,blood & cool combo w/ story im kinda liking that kind of games.

I have waited for 3 years, but there is still nothing but new trailer. How long does it take them to make FF Versus 13? They had FF13 and now 13-2 already.

This, but I don't think Patriots is going to be released this year.

And I really hope they don't fuck up the R6 series multiplayer by trying to make it compete with COD.

Only games I'm looking forward to are DOA 5, GTA 5, Ninja Gaiden, Halo 4, and Max Payne 3.
I'm currently working through Skyrim, Forza, and Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare when I get the time.
