Looks cool! Most innovative design I have seen so far.
It looks like it uses the stock snorkel and that long silver tube to draw cold air from two places. A bumper duct of some kind would be cool. What is up with that chamber above the throttle body? I am sure someone around here knows what it is/does..... I am not a fan of those cone filters but whatever. Still looks cool. |

Yikes. $625??
That extra hose will bring a lot of $h!t into the airbox for sure. |
looks like the SRT prototype.
|
im not even close to being a fan of that.... looks way too ridiculous to me.

Looks kinda like my dryer vent. 9.8 PS gain(converts to 9.6hp) seems very optimistic. I have a hard time believing ANY intake could make that outside of unrealistic test conditions. *coughhoodopencough*
|
very cool, built in catch can??
|
Helmholtz is my guess, no hoses go to it. Not a bad idea, my Perrin intake is on the loud side, kind of a brassy trumpeting sound.
|
ding ding ding... Helmholtz for the win. That's got to be what it is.
Looks bad. But I bet it functions well. I wonder what they would say if I tried to smog it here in Ca.... ;) |
$625 for something that looks like it belongs on the back of a dryer? Umm, not thanks...
