BRZ Sport Tech Head Unit issues?
 

On the commute home today the screen on the pioneer HU stopped responding. I was playing tunes from the iPhone (connected to the cable). I looked at the screen and noticed it was frozen and the tune had changed but the screen did not show the new tune. When touching the screen it wouldn't do anything at all. In the end I had to remove the control panel piece and reattach to reboot the unit and then it was all good.

Anyone else have any similar issues with the Pioneer HU in the BRZ?

Only done it once, not going to do anything until it does it a second time, unless this is common and there is a known fix..

Haven't had this happen on mine. However i did notice that SOMETIMES the response is a little laggy.

I noticed if I corner hard enough with traction control on, while listening to my Ipod connected to the head unit, it will freeze the Ipod

Happened to me once in which head unit did not power on. I restarted the car and all is fine.
