Good place to practice heel/toe braking in N. Seattle?

Need a safe place to figure out and practice my heel-toe brake technique without risking other drivers (out of practice after 10 years away from MT sportscars), so a large empty parking lot would be perfect if anyone knows of a decent place in N. Seattle or N. Eastside?

The old Northgate empty south parking lot was where I learned to drive back in the late 80s but nowadays that parking lot has been replaced with the Park&Ride and the movie theatre, and I can't think of a decent sized empty lot around without overzealous security guards (i.e. community college and high school lots).

Come to autocross in Bremerton with us on the 14th! It's like 35 bucks and you can get all the practice you want. I have a few racing instructor friends that will likely be happy to give some pointers

Track practice is better. Plenty of run p ff areas just in case ypu mess up and way safer

Come to the northgate parking garage after close, security is pretty much not here if you wanna try.
