GT86 pricing for Belgium (Europe)
 

I was at the 2012 "Autosalon" in Belgium and spoke to a few people at Toyota about the GT86. Sadly enough it is the FT-86 concept up for display. I still managed to get some info for Belgium (specificly).

The price is estimated to be €31.000 give or take a few. This is a pretty much fully loaded GT86, because the only options for the car are Leather Seats, Satnav and the Aeropackage. All other stuff comes as standard equipment.

The car will be on demo and ready for testdrives early semptember this year. Man did I mention I will be invited for the national premiere? (Hopefully at a racetrack?!) Truly excited about this car! Only 9 months to go...

How does that price compare with other cars?

Megane RS 34k, Clio RS 24k, Hyundai genesis Coupe 34k, 370z 42k.. Give or take a few cant remember them all exactly.. (With/without options)

Hmm, thats a disapointment for me.:cry: A lot of Stuff on the car i just have to throw out.
The Price is also much higher then i expectet. :thumbdown:
I really hope they will offer a cheaper (lighter) less equiped version sometime.

Look at the prices of the other cars to compare with german prices - in our country it will be cheaper :)

Was still hoping there will be a Version with a very limited equipment. (No electric Mirrors, electric Windows, Airconditioning or stuff like that.)

I also asked about other trims (more track oriented etc..) unfortunatly they could not confirm this as they did not know either :) It kinda felt like I already knew more about the car then they did.. But that doesnt matter as I was helped the best they could!

When can we go to the dealer to order the car ? :-P

Hmmm .. if the price for incurance isn't to bad, i will order the car soon. So first price cheking and than to the dealer :D

I work at a Toyota dealership in belgium and on the internal toyota website it says: production starts around april/may and "demo" cars will be at the dealerships in june

aero package is the one with the big wing

The GT86 and BRZ will have their european premier in Geneva in March. We'll 100 % get prices for EU and specs. I wish there'll be a car with nothing standard. I don't want rubbish, otherwise I could just buy any other german car (VW, Audi, BMW) or just keep mine.

I'm looking forward for this Geneve show, I think that all questions that we have will find answers :)
