FS: JDM Subaru Exhaust Tips (will work on F-RS i believe)

***origional list price and information***

SUBARU: 44370 TAIL PIPE CUTTER ASSY + 0100S BOLTS

cost - 9,600 yen(JPY)
(102.72 USD)
freight - 3,593 yen(JPY)
(38.45 USD)
Total - 13,193 yen (JPY)
(141.17 USD)

***origional list price and information***

I ordered them on JapanParts and I have had them on my car for about 3 months, parts for my full exhaust are coming in so i do not need them anymore.

Note: Because of the differences on the non-US market exhaust i had to grind down the slight bumps they had in the end to align the tips on the JPN/EURO models or something. Anyways i followed a guide i read somewhere (maybe here) and now they will slide on snugly to the right position, when before they stopped short by about 1/2" and looked weird. When i remove them i will post some pics to show what I'm talking about and hopefully find the link to the guide.

I will let them go for $125 shipped or $110 in person.

I will even throw in the second 7/8" plug (since they came in packs of 2 and you only need one) to block that little noise generator hole for free  Or a couple of the plethora of Perrin licence plate borders i got with my new exhaust. Man do you get a lot of those with a full exhaust.

is this a simple bolt on?

Yep. The stock US tips are held in place with one 10mm bolt from the bottom. Where is was torqued down it made an indention in the pipe from the factory. This tip being for the JDM spec exhaust requires you to push the tips on past the US indention about 3/4-1/2" so that the tips are in line with the body. Because the US pipes are not slash cut like the JDM i had to grind down the bumpstops in these tips so they would fit flush with the body. The internal diameter of the tips is 86mm, to match the whole AE86, motors bore/stroke 86mm/86mm. Since i already did the mod that took me like 20-30min to do, it should take you only a few minutes if you have a 10mm socket wrench. Some people were not bothered that they stick out and did not bother doing the mod, but i was going for the stock JDM look.
