Includes all original hardware, instructions, and packaging. I have under 2300 miles on my car; this intake was used for about 1000 of those miles. Nothing is damaged.

I made an opening for the sound generator precisely within the existing cutout etching (you can still see the outline). If you wish to not use the sound generator, you may plug this hole with hardware from your local hardware store.
