Motive Power Bleeder

I am looking at getting one of these to make bleeding easier but have a question on fitment. Does anyone know the part number or what adapter is needed to allow use of this? Anyone have it that can point me where they bought it would be great too. Not sure if Subaru or Toyota designed the master cylinder or if it is unique for each car ( I have an FR-S).

Thanks!

Subaru/Evo/Z fitment master cylinder adapter is the one you want.

Been using this for years with my other cars... it makes life so much easier.

Has anyone had problems getting their cap to seal properly on the brake fluid reservoir? I had the same 1107 adapter that I used for my old 350Z, but the cap isn't sealing correctly for the BRZ. I tried replacing the o-ring and that still didn't help. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Thanks,

I was having the same issue as well. When I was checking for leaks the PSI would always slowly go down to below 5PSI. The solution I used was to pump to 13PSI and then bleed a caliper and then check and pump back up if it goes down.

I am having trouble even getting it up to around 10 psi to start. I can't even walk away from it before it drops to 0. It had no leaks before and I'm fairly certain the cap is on their fully.

Mine works fine, getting the Motive cap on the MC has always been a bitch.

Maybe the threading on the cap is wrong or cross threaded? They are both plastic. Can you hear where the pressure is escaping?

Has anyone been able to find an adapter to fit on the clutch master cylinder reservoir cap?

As previously stated the 0107 model (350 Z, other Jap imports) works fine. I have used it several times, just like on my old Subaru, with NO issue.

If you already have a pump, but with a differet MC adapter then the Ford Racing adapter will work.

I realize the 0107 is for the BRAKE and I have already ordered one. My question is about the CLUTCH.
