BRZ- Lemon?
Stock everything, 3082 miles automatic. Been slowly having more issues ever since the first 400 miles.
I'm having issues with the passenger side window, sometimes I would have to press it real hard and hold it for a second or the it won't auto go up/down. Takes a long time to start in cold mornings. Condensation in the rear lights sometimes also. Also there is a lot of wind noise when driving on the highway, and the car have some sort of rattling noises. Sometimes when I turn off the car, I heard metal clanking noises like someone is throwing rocks against the car. Yesterday while I was on the highway doing 63, the TPS light came on I stopped and checked the tires, it wasn't flat only a little lower, I drove 5 miles and got off the exit and I heard a loud pop and I rolled to the nearest gas station about a quarter mile away and this is what happened. http://puu.sh/2r1KB/8c2e860335 http://puu.sh/2r1KX/d91bfa61e8 Could I possibly have a case for a Lemon? I know warranty doesn't cover tires, but this is clearly a defect in the stock tires or whatever is causing the heating issues in the blowout. |

The engine making that popping noise is normal after you turn it off.
The Condensation is fixed with some thicker foam gaskets. The passenger window is a problem we all have. Some people don't even notice it. Wind noise is normal, rattling is normal as well on a lot of cars. Mostly the plastic on the doors or vibration from speakers, etc. When you say it takes a long time to start, is it sputtering or is the starter taking a while? More then 2 seconds? That tire? I don't even know. All i can tell you is that if you somehow lemon your car and buy another one, its going to have most of those problems. |
You ran the tire without enough tire pressure, heat built up and the tire failed. Any tire will do that. That was most definitely not a defect of any sort, just the result of a puncture causing loss of air and the typical attitude of American drivers to ignore warning signs and think everything will be fine.
Keep a pressure gauge with you and if the light suddenly comes on and one tire is significantly lower in pressure than the rest of them install the spare and get the leaking tire fixed. |

When I remember to wait at the ACC position on the key, it fires up everytime. If I just turn the key, I may get the delayed start or no start. Might help, might not. |
The hard start and window are legit beefs to take to the dealer. How cold are your mornings?
The tire can fall apart like that if you run on it flat. The sounds while turning are rocks and gravel hitting the car's sheet metal. Now if they can't fix the window and cold start, complain. |

But does this look like I have to just eat this and buy replacement tires? You have any recommendation for 225 40 18 tires? |

The window switch issue supposedly has been addressed with a new window switch assembly. My dealer wouldn't give me the part number the last time I called but supposedly it's on order for my car. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30560

3000+ miles on stock tires! Those look practically new! I wish I had your resolve! My stock tires are worn out at 4k miles.
... Must be all those trips in the morning to get fresh milk... |
All of your problems are minor. I don't think lemon is having multiple problems but having recurring issues. The rattling condensation have been experienced with many members. The metal clanking you're hear is probably just the exhaust cooling down. Cold weather will set off the tire pressure gauge and sometimes my car would take a couple seconds to start up too.
