Silver Interior Trim -> Aluminum

I've always loved aluminum in my vehicles. Is anyone producing an aluminum replacement for the interior trim yet? (e.g. shifter surround) I know there's plenty of CF replacements, but aluminum just looks classier to me.

What about the brushed metal vinyl wrap?

Not entirely sure it would be feasible to do the cad drawings, either try to cast it or CNC it from a billet at a reasonable price.

I was thinking cast would probably be easiest...but I will readily admit my ignorance on the subject. The vinyl looks nice, but I'm also after the feel as well.

I believe the guy who started the aluminum vinyl thread did say that the aluminum vinyl had the texture/feel as well. Don't quote me though, i skimmed through the thread a while back.

It has the texture but it is not the same tactile sensation as aluminum.
