Happy Friday everyone ttt for tonight's meet.

No meet tomorrow. We will be at the First Friday/Japanese Classic car meet at Torrance Crossroads.

I was told the Torrance Crossroads meet was dead now though.

Only one way to bring it back to life.

Let us know how it is. I was told the cops were starting to hang out there to break it up. That's why a quite a few of us didn't show last time.

You guys are more than welcome to come to the meet at the Southbay galleria :)

It was totally burnt.
Cops were giving out tickets left and right.
Tint, front license plate, registration, exhaust.. anything.

The meet was huge though. Atleast 80+ cars of all kinds.
Emphasis on ALL KINDS.

A friend spoke with one of the cops and their reasoning was to discourage having the car meet there.

Torrance PD was cool with having car meets there until cars/car parts were getting stolen and fights were breaking out in that parking lot.

Not going there again.

Me and Sexy Burrito were followed halfway back to the freeway entrance (while leaving the torrance crossroads meet) by Torrance PD.

I dont know man... maybe when all that cools down?

Its near by. People stopped showing up to the Crossroads meet because of the reasons you mentioned. Southbay is a meet intended for the FRS/BRZ community with none of those issues. Good group of guys show up give a try next time here's the link

Got a ticket for no front license plate at the crossroads meet... F*%# the police!

Out of all the janky cars there, they decide to pick mine out. Just my luck :(
