At just 200 hp, 2,762 pounds, and 0 to 60 mph in about 6.5 seconds, the 2013 Subaru BRZ isn't slow, but it isn't fast, either. It is also not heavy, ostentatious, disgustingly overpowered, or tolerant of fools — a rare combo for a modern car. :D |
That review is probably the most honest reviews I've read but I won't say it's the best.

So true. Especially this part,

Same here. This car just makes me want to drive!
If I'm bored... I take my key and go drive. |

0-60 for the BRZ is 6.1, esquire is stupid. Polyphony even says 6.1

Awesome review! It's so true you'd think he owned one. |
It's a bit like the review in the New York Times (16 Nov. 2012) which is what first made me think this was a car I could love. The review ends:
The most trenchant criticism aimed at these impractical little cars concerns what they don’t have: much torque, the pulling power that you feel in your gut when you mash the accelerator. The puny 151 pound-feet of peak torque at a screaming 6,400 r.p.m. keeps the cars from being forgiving when driven hard or easygoing when driven around town. But such complaints miss the point. |

Most of them weigh almost as much as a Camaro now. German cars in general are getting heavier every year. The current M3 weighs just over 3700 lbs. Cars like that need well over 375hp just to put in fast acceleration and quarter mile times. |
