What car is flashed in the Mazda 3 commercial
 

There is a sports car they flash for a second that I cant figure out what it is. Its not on their site or their youtube channel. Its grey and fr'ish.

Oh how much I liked the Shinari model, but Mazda had to make it or take Shinari's design cues into the Mazda 6.

My response was more like a relaxed disapproval.

The Shinari concept should have never been blended into the 6. Why? Well I felt that design was superior from Mazda's part and could have been put to better use for a renewal or preexisting sports car (RX-9, Miata).

Don't get me wrong, when I checked out Mazda's booth, at car shows, the 6 does pop out from the rest of their lineup. So I can't blame them entirely because at the end of the day its all business.
