Maybe it's time to learn some language of JDM.

Studied it for three years in college and spent two weeks in Japan in 07. At my peak I could hold basic conversations at about a 4th or 5th grade level. Reading and writing are very rusty, as is vocabulary. With a dictionary at hand, I was writing pretty complex papers though!

We are still doing our thing. I love this car. It reminds me of my MRoadster. That car was mental. No nannies, rwd pretty light and basically a sideways machine. The car has less power than the M had but honestly the 86 drives and handles so much better.

As compared to the 911 the car is almost just as good and that car was 4 times expensive, and that was in 2004. Onnce again the 911 had much more power, but the cars "feel" verry much alike.

I really do love this car, most fun I have had with a car in a long time. So many parts to choose from.

Have had mine for over a week. I noticed that most of the S.P.I. Are scion parts. I wonder what that means in regards to the Nur spec it being listed that way too...

I've got 2 Hyper Revs left, I can do 1 for $60 shipped (they cost a lot to ship because they're 300 pages thick and I bought them from an importer)

Thanks

Brady

i noticed the same thing. the Nur spec is listed that way because it is listed as the "australia oem body kit." it is only sold in australia. S.P.I. must be an importer of foreign OEM parts.

more pics, sorry i don't have a scanner

Aw boo plus it was confirmed it wasnt on the RS this morning anyway.

Zaku 03-28-2013 06:58 PM

@switchlanez don't you have one of these?

Beyer Subaru 03-28-2013 07:34 PM

I usually wait for the second run on HyperRev's. The first run is usually hurried and won't include everything that's out there and available.

Whoah! Usually the first run is pretty thin. 340 pages sounds like a "normal" version. I'll still prolly wait for the second run.

I would just get both if you want to maximize your content of brz/gt86/frs

Yup... it's the "thickest" HyperRev they've ever published... is what my friend have told me.
