Rear LCA & Toe Adjuster Recommendations

Just off the phone to Whiteline. Once again I am told that there is no information available on their rear lca and toe adjusters. It was suggested (again) I call back in a month's time.

Does anyone have any recommendations of which rear lca and toe adjusters to get that are currently available? More importantly perhaps any brand to stay away from?

Wait for the Figs Engineering rear LCA and toe links.

Captain, I have the Cusco rear control arms.

They are a complete pain in the arse to adjust due to the adjustment nuts being contained within the rear subframe. I've actually thought about cutting the subframe!

Toe adjustment comes from the standard arms, but adjusting toe will have a knock on effect with camber and vica versa.

Not sure if that helps you.

I have the SPC arms and they are a breeze to adjust. My shop got them dialed in at -1.4 without a sweat.

A lot of people have judged the design of the SPC LCA. Some people have argued that other companies just have over engineered designs. Maybe @Turn in Concepts can offer better info.

TiC is running SPC arms last I heard. I trust them.

I don't want this to come off negatively but TIC does sell this part. Perhaps them running the arms on their car has something to do with this or an incentive from SPC? Just speculation, even if it were the case it's not necessarily a bad thing.

I spoke to SPC directly before placing my order and their way of satiating my worries was to say that the parts aren't intended for any actual aggressive driving but really just for fixing alignment issues for daily driving purposes. But of course this could just be for warranty purposes as we see with a lot of other aftermarket options.

I've seen SPC arms snap on the track more than once, so I went with cusco ones. The stance/AP ones didn't look up to par and the Whiteline ones weren't out yet.

They do sell it. Call them.

I caught flack for saying I bought the piece because I didn't need a "competition ready" arm. I mainly wanted to adjust camber due to lowering so that's why I opted for it (price vs. ROI). If I was more into racing I'd have sprung for an aluminum arm simply due to weight.

There's also GT spec LCA's. I have no first had experience but I thought they were well regarded.

I'm clearly biased, but we try to make the best product available.

We design everything in CAD then FEA our designs. We design the product to be safe. Our priority isn't to beat our competitors, it is to beat the OEM part it replaces in every aspect. This means making it lighter, stiffer, and stronger while adding a wide range of adjustment. We use aerospace alloys to make for increased strength and durability (including corrosion resistance) in any environment. We openly share our development (with the exception of trade secrets), you can find the threads in this sub forum.

All products are made in the US; our suspension bits are made by ISO9001 certified manufacturers only. Our current manufacturer produces products for IndyCar and NASCAR. Our sales rep is a good friend and he oversees the entire process, so we can walk in and get a tour of the place any time.

In all honesty, I can't say much about sales and customer service because we are extremely new so we haven't built a reputation, but I am here to work for you. Our target is to respond to every email and PM within 24 hours, even if it is the weekend. I have worked in the industry and been on both ends of the transaction. We strive to be informative, ethical, timely, and honest with all prospective buyers (or those who are just curious). We're not out to make a quick buck, we're in it for the long haul and want to develop long term relationships with our customers.
