Just made a couple videos
First ever track day - did ok at lakeside in Brisbane - 1:07.4 in the last vid VSC on here [ame]http://youtu.be/jYv-JU6PbpQ[/ame] Traction off here - last lap is the winner - start 6:15 if you want to see a bit of push [ame]http://youtu.be/1zh_B872rq8[/ame] car is stock except for the wheels running these - http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30505 http://i49.tinypic.com/zl9od5.jpg cool shot from the track https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.n...06690382_o.jpg |
berry nice:thumbsup: love the rims:clap: what do you dress your tires with? so shiny:drool:
doing a little sideways correction with that traction off:burnrubber: putting the power were it needs it and not abusing it:thumbsup: thats what makes a good driver :party0030: we are both mark :happy0180::happyanim: |
In a track situation I don't think you can really get a feel for how balanced the car is unless you have everything off. And with this car once you do that and really feel how it moves it starts to inspire confidence very quickly as long as you ease into knowing it's limits.
Looks like a great day out there, thanks for sharing. |
VSC is a great starting point.
But once you start pushing hard, it is just there to slow you down. @marky - that shiny shot is when I bought those tyres new. |
Nice video.
