Do the borla uel and el headers delete catalyctics?
 

Will it fail emmisions? I already got my second cat removed so I don't want to remove anymore

Some aftermarket headers come with cats, some do not. The Borlas do delete them.

Read the info about the header. There's tons of threads about this already.

Get a spacer or a tune if you're worried about throwing a CEL, otherwise, find a catted header or keep it stock.
