Car cover
 

Since I park my car outside and since it has been key'd at work.... i'm thinking about buying a damn car cover and lugging it around with me. Anyone know of any brands... this was the cheapest option. What do you think?

buy a shotgun.

There may be cheaper ones that are universal. They do blow off if its super windy out since it won't be as snug as a vehicle specific cover.

They scratch the shit out of your car unless its clean when you put it on and even then dirt can get blown up and in.

hmmmmm I didn't think of this..... do you know of any car cover that wouldn't scratch the paint?

Covers are nice but even with indoor use, there will be some dust build-up underneath if left on for a long time -- fabric has to breathe to let moisture out. And speaking of moisture... a cover even slightly damp from fog, sprinkles, etc. is a huge PITA.

Tough spot you're in. Hope you find a viable solution to protect your car.

Found a solution.... Spent 10 hours at work making enough room to pull my car in the shop garage.... All these car cover posts made me not want it anymore.... Thx dudes.
