Did you complain to them or do they just call everyone automatically?

If there is a TSB, you should generate a .pdf and link it here...

When the fuel pump tsb for the states came out I mentioned it to my dealer and that my car is also making that cricket sound. They have been keeping an eye out for the canadian tsb.

TSB or no TSB theirs no point to get it done because it's not going to work. The chirps keep coming back if you've read the other 60+ pages in the other thread of people having their pumps switched out and still having the same issue.

Just trying to save ya some time, but do as you please.

Good Luck.

Wow! Kudos to your dealer...most wouldn't be bothered.

Why wouldnt you take it in? id rather have a fuel pump for free with 0 miles on it, than one thats got 15k miles of abuse. Not saying anythings wrong with the 15k mile one, but hey, brand new for free works for me.

Took my car in on Monday for the issue, and got a phone call yesterday saying Toyota Canada released a fix. They didn't tell me exactly what the fix was (they just left a message) but when I phone back today, I will definitely get more details.
