This will be my build journal for my 2014 Subaru BRZ Limited. I bought a 2013 Scion FR-S in September 2012 and was pretty involved with modifying it. March 17, 2014 the car was totaled. Now I'm moved into the BRZ and looking forward to building it past where I had the FR-S.

Thanks for checking it out. I'll try to remember to update this as things happen.

Nice emblems. But most of all, excellent choice of hat...:)

UPDATE TIME!!

A few weeks ago, my car got ran into in my apartment parking lot. Got it repaired, and decided the time had come to start building the car. Once it was out of the body shop, I ordered BC Extreme Low coilovers and Privat Kups in 18x9.5+30. I had some BFGs in my garage from a previous project, and they were perfect for what I had in mind. 215/35s on a 9.5" wheel lol (seriously, no lectures please).

My teaser with the wheels on. Just a teaser. I can't rock it this low...yet..

Do you have an engine bay picture? The one under where you mention the carbing braces doesn't seem to be working. I thought those looked cool, but everywhere I see them for sale it says they only work on RHD cars.

Fixed. I thought I had a better shot of the whole bay. I'll keep looking. The braces I got were just the basic ones without the master cylinder brace. The ones with the brace would only be good on rhd cars, if I recall.

Where did you order them from?

boucher 12-11-2013 11:44 PM

I ordered from FRSport.com and Optionsauto.com

Thank you! I've got a few things in the works for the upcoming year. I plan to keep it simple and clean though ;)
