Haha... it's 1000 miles from Portland, so tack on another 160-ish. The road trip is part of the fun!

In a strange twist of fate...My wife and I had already planned a trip to Vegas that week...a road trip!! So I will be about 5k up by the time you guys get into town! Look forward to meeting you guys down in Vegas. Should be fun!

So are you thinking a straight drive through or stopping in reno to break it up into a two day drive?

I may have my Vortech SC kit stage 2 by then. Kinda iffy if I want to drive 3000 miles on a new forced induction kit though. Me and my gf is down for this but would be more fun if we can get a solid group.

I can't imagine a better reliability test than that

I have done the drive 10+ times straight through without any issues, so that is what I was planning. Anyone that wants to leave a day early could -- then we could meet them in Reno as we pass through.

Sounds like we all need to get some coke, and take a road bump to drive 17 hours straight through.

DarrenDriven 03-20-2013 01:41 PM

Or just forced induction and a radar detector. :)

16 hours of being in a car is about 3 times as long as I'd like to be in a car all at once without a large break, not to mention the cost of a hotel, food, etc... How am I going to keep buying car parts (or pay off the ones I already bought) if I spend lost of money on a trip. ;)

The Experience? Sharing that hard work with people from all over is my motivation =]

Sounds tempting! But too far out to make a decision just yet. I need to start modding soon lol So that I don't take my stock premium BRZ to the expo lol 15 drive not too bad.

I'm in Kennewick. I'd be willing to meet up in Portland to caravan with Seattle and Portlanders. Hell, my wife recently left me, so let's go!
