FWIW, you should be measuring bumpsteer and adjusting it with the tie-rod height to match your particular setup. To some degree, every alignment setting and the ride height setting affects bumpsteer so it is very car specific on where the spacers need to go on the tie-rods to properly set them up. To do this properly, you need everything to do an alignment, a bumpsteer guage and a lot of free time and knowledge to do it.

That's detailed further back in the thread.

That got me pretty far, but now I'm confused about the tapered bolts. I still haven't called him, as I at least wanted to try first. If I could just figure out how these tapered bolts are supposed to be used and where all these specifically-sized spacers go, I would be in great shape.

Has anyone installed these things? Surely anyone who's installed them will know how the bolts are meant to be used.

Hey how were you able to take the ball joint off the hub? And is the bolt and nut seperate from the bushing? Because mine have rusted through and I was just going to cut em

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I haven't even bothered with these in months though. I've still go the stock ones on there. But I have taken my hubs off, for other projects. I'm not sure what ball joint you're talking about though. My shit was SUPER rusty too.

I think you mean the knuckle?

Is there a pinch bolt on our front knuckles?
