Nice note....and yes we started much higher. We kept testing and found that the position you see is the fastest and really shortened up the braking zones as the weight transfer became better as the nose quit pitching down so hard. (as the pivot is lower the arc as the outboard end tries to go up the tension arm gets longer and this is what resists the diving action under heavy braking)
So it is anti dive and we have settled on a position 0.75" lower than stock.
(on a rear trailing arm setup going towards the ground is "anti-lift" or pro-dive)
it also provides "extra castor" as the wheel goes up in bump travel giving you extra dynamic camber on the side of the car that is experiancing lower ride height than static.

From a design pov, how do you feel about using 7075 aluminum ends mated with steel tubing? Any valid concerns of corrosion on the 7075 by itself or galvanic corrosion since its mated to steel chromoly? Im no expert on this btw.

we design race parts if someone were to be concerned for their specific aplication I would say stay with steel rod ends..the aluminum are an option for those willing to make sacrifices to get every ounce/gram off their car.

It should be okay as long it stays in a dry environment. It isn't as bad as I may have made it out to be. Salt water is what accelerates the process. Robi is from Socal, you are in Australia, whereas I'm from Chicago so the operating environments are completely different. This is why I'm extra nitpicky. Zinc plating the steel and anodizing the aluminum also reduces the electrochemical voltage dramatically.

Awesome piece though! More adjustability is fantastic but this goes a little beyond my knowledge of suspension geometry/performance.

Is there more specific information on what type rod ends are used? Like brand or part number

I saw these in person. Very nice setup especially if you are really serious about getting every last bit out of your suspension on the track. Coupled with the GroundControl or various other caster/camber plates you really do have more adjustment than you would ever need on the front for fine tuning :w00t:

Sorry if my questions about the product annoyed you. It's just I'm going to be spending about $1500 on front lca, rear lca and toe arms. Theres a fair few brands floating around, so just want to educate myself on the differences and make the right decision as it is a lot of money. And I spose having more info available on a public forum will help other members draw there own conclusions too.
