Rally Armor on FRS?

Hey everyone! So I've been looking into getting some mudguards and can't really decide if I should go with the oem mudflaps or the rally armor ones. Seen them in person and they are really nice, but it was on a brz which fit perfectly for each other. Does anyone have these installed on there frs and also have pictures of them? Specifically on a whiteout? Thanks everyone!(:

Literally the very first mod I did. Absolutely needed them due to how much dirt it kicked over the side of the car. Love them, had Rally Armor on all my cars now. Very durable and sturdy mounting. 10/10.

They actually look pretty good on an frs, thanks for sharing! Probably will have to debate longer between these two lol.

Looks out of place on this car. Its too big looks like a mouse pad.

Any issues with the white lettering getting dirty and unable to clean it. I'm debating between the white or red lettering. I'm afraid the white will overtime get dirty and won't clean off and it will look like shit

That's a concern of mine too. I might actually just get OEM ones. I won't have to worry about lettering and I'll save myself about $20 bucks.

20 bucks? you should be saving much more than that lol. ie http://www.ebay.com/itm/321033125486...84.m1439.l2648.

i went with the oem mudguards because of price and because i agree with @chenshuo. i don't think the rally armor look great on our cars, but to each their own.

Not a fan of the oem because they tend to trap water, dirt. And debre between the mud flap and body panel. And when u take them off in a couple year u will have mismatch paint. Had similar ones on my 2005 tl and will never get those style ever again.

I've honestly never noticed a problem. When I wash the car I blast everything with a pressure washer, I never even touch the mud flaps though and they're always nice and clean.

They clean very easily. Still look brand new after a Michigan winter (lots of salt and road grime!).

I would definitely stay away from anything that wraps onto the fender like the oem ones. Had a truck with a similar set and when I took them off the paint was almost worn to bare metal behind them from vibrating dirt in there.

I honestly got them because I needed them. 50 mile drive home from the dealership the night I bought it and I already saw streaks of dirt across the side. Probably be even worse once I get my staggered wheels lol

BRZPDX 03-18-2013 01:14 AM

I need to get one as well. After staggering my wheels, the amount of crap you get on the side of the car is pretty outrageous. Do they rub on the bottom if the car is lowered? I'm on Eibach Sportlines which is about a 1.4in drop
