Carbon Fiber Mirror Covers
 

Just installed these covers which are real CF and really happy with the quality and how they look. Had to lightly sand the mirrors before putting the adhesive on which kind made me sick....sanding a painting and opticoated surface but happy with the new look!

Are these the Rexspeed covers? Some lady just put a scratch in my mirror, annoyed as all hell with the mark. :mad0259:

I just got those too but am worried about sanding. Can't we just use the 3M trim glue instead in addition to the sticky tape on them?

You sanded your factory paint to put covers on?

I dont think you have to sand your original cover.

I ordered mine from FuzionTechniques (@F-T) and as long as you clean the mirror surface with alcohol the 3m tape will hold them fine without sanding :eek:

We have several brands in stock. Non require scratching or sanding the paint. We put rexpeed on our race car for covers and all we did was stick them on.
