I was looking at the monitor STUNNED. Such high numbers.

I had the same reaction when my high baseline was 178 on a mustang dyno. How did you break your car in?

Yours is DP + tune + everything else stock if I read right?

Motiv HFC front pipe + Motiv Over pipe and if it adds snorkel removed lol.

After that tune I installed the Works Drop in filter, which most likely added 1-3hp.

Being from South Texas and temp rising to 100+ Im getting a Perrin Oil Cooler to keep my power consistant, I feel after I drive it for a couple of hours it tends to lag a bit.

You've removed the stock snorkel with the standard airbox? I'd get that put back on as that's why it's lagging after time.... the heat soak causes very poor intake temps (trust me, I've data to prove) and you gain no extra flow by removing it anyway ;)

I followed the under 4K rule until about 700 miles. At that time, while I still followed it most of the time, I started revving higher. Lets say until 800 miles I revved occasionally to 5K. Then, up to 900 miles I revved occasionally to 6k. I revved to redline at about 950 miles. After that, first 6K miles I drove more "granny style" than spirited. (Not meaning 100% granny style, but just more than spirited). After 6K miles the car stooped begin my DD, so from 6K to the current 8.5K, it has been way more spirited driving than granny style.

Hmm, you are the first Dyno I've seen this high that has driven the car that easy early on. I have noticed that the rest of the ppl who have their baseline dynos in the high 160's and 170's have driven more aggressively during the break in. It seems its true that the hp numbers from the dyno doesnt matter as much as the gain. How many miles were on the car when you took delivery?

4 miles.

I agree, the gain after Turbo is what I'm focusing on.

Besides the dyno data and sound difference, what about the BUTT-DYNO? Do you feel any difference in power in the car from before you had the down pipe installed?

A bit. Not ground-breaking like on my WRX where a 3" turboback was ~20-30hp untuned, but you can definitely feel a bit more powwwuhhhh.

Remove and cap off the two resonators while you already have it out. (if you haven't already done it)
