How low is the car?????

Yes, ^^this^^,

I'm on factory struts with RaceComp springs and have no contact issues. My end links are adjusted pretty long too.

cut the endlink rod, re-thread, and carry on as if you were normal.

Car is lowered as per kw manual which is a mild drop.The stock swaybar clears fine.

Doesn't look centered left to right.

It's only the end of the end link bolt rubbing, grind it down.

Shorten the end link.

Here's a shot of mine for comparison.

It's odd that it has so much clearance on one side but not the other. Is the bar truly centered left to right? How did you install it, did you remove the swaybar mount brackets?

Are the coilovers set to the same height left and right?

From most of the pictures I've seen, the V3s seem to have the swaybar mount lower than the stock struts do. The Whiteline bar also sits above the control arm which is different than the stock bar.

I'm at stock ride height and with stock strut housings (koni inserts) and I have the exact same problem! I try to keep the end links as long as possible to prevent binding. The left side clears the LCA without any problems, but the right side hits it! I went to far as to take measurements with my calipers to insure the bar was exactly centered. I ended up shifting the bar more towards the right in order to get a bit more clearance for the right side LCA. Its certainly not ideal, and I still don't have as much clearance on the right as I do on the left, but it's about all I can do since shortening the end links at all caused them to start binding and clunking. For reference, they're still significantly shorter than the stock links.

I wonder if this is a manufacturing issue or a design issue. I'm assuming that our cars are symmetrical and there's something up with these bars.

I had the same problems with these sway bars. I did a bit of research and found Whiteline to have a lot of problems with bend accuracy. Front bars on Impreza have problems, front bar on Golfs have problems, rear bars on Focus RS have problems etc. etc. I no longer use sway bars from this manufacturer.

That's a problem with the endlink and not the swaybar. Any other bar you put on is going to have the ends in the exact same spot.

And the uneven left to right thing is just from the bar not being completely centered. They make locking collars for the swaybar.

In my case it wasn't and it looks from the photos from the op that it isn't either. The lever arm on one side is bent incorrectly.
The Whiteline sway bar should have the same lever arm positions as the standard bar. And in my case on one side it didn't and it looks like the the same problem in the op's photo.
I fitted another make sway bars to replace the Whiteline ones and had no problems.

It isn't meant to be bent the same as stock but it should be the same on both sides.

It might be a good idea to remove the bar and measure symmetry on a flat surface. See if it rocks back and forth. Also measure the distance between the axis of rotation (where the bushings mount on the bar) to the ends where the end links mount.
