Hey guys, I'm running the Ecutek kit and Fa20 reflash. Just have a few questions that I tired to search for and could not find a answer.

First question. The Cable and Vista. Is there a better way to get Vista to read the cable each time with out having to restart the comptuer each time to turn off the digital signature driver stuff that Microsoft has mandated? Even using the drivers made for Vista I have to do this. Other wise the cable is not seen and it would not have installed the driver for it either. -- Ps don't tell me to upgrade to 7 unless you want to pay for it :).

2nd question map switching. Does the car respond to map switching like it does when flashing the computer? By that I mean the dead pedal due to the ecu relearning things. Do you get the dead pedal when switching between maps on the same flash or only on the initial flash.? Thanks guys. :thanks:

once you use map switching you wont get the dead pedal, Jeremy
